All worked fine voltage was 14.2v and switched off its 12.9 - 13.2v. Opened the water ports (its a "sealed" unit) and the water level was fine in battery. Probed battery water, all good.. Charged battery on charger and it did not hole any charge. Our stop-start system has stopped the engine a few times and the dealer can provide little explanation other than we moved in our seat, thus activating a sensor in the car seat pad which caused this to happen, even though we were stopped in traffic and didn't move from the seat when it happened.
